Shopping Rules

Dear visitor, we are pleased that you have decided to become our customer. Here you can find brief instructions on how to shop here.

The first step when shopping at our cdrshop should be logging in. You can then utilize some of the expanded functions of our e-shop (Watchdog, favourite entries) and the automatic checking of prices according to your price level shall occur.

REGISTRATION

Correctly fill out the entire form (select registration above the Shopping Basket box). The entries marked with a star must be filled out. After you send your registration data it shall be checked. If you do not fill out the compulsory entries or if you filled them out incorrectly, you shall be returned to the registration home page. If the registration takes place correctly, you can then log in to the e-shop.

LOGGING IN TO THE E-SHOP

Correctly enter your user name and password. If you log in correctly, the door to our e-shop shall open. If you forget your login data, you can utilize our “Send me my forgotten password” service. You can find it above the Shopping Basket box, in the Login option.

CHANGING REGISTRATION DATA

You can change your registration data after you log in, in the User Account box, using the My Account option.

BASKET

After logging in, select the product that you would like to purchase. You can select using SEARCH or in the categories according to the type of product and according to the manufacturer. If you found the item you wanted utilizing one of the abovementioned methods, then enter the quantity, and place the item in your shopping basket (click on the BASKET icon). Repeat this for every product you wish to purchase. You can find the current status of the goods you have in your basket in the “Shopping Basket” box.
Select the manner of shipping and manner of payment, whatever suits you best.

PAYMENT IN CASH

You can pay in cash or with a payment card for the goods you wish to purchase when you pick up the goods at our Central Warehouse.
 Cash On Delivery (COD) payment
You can pay the carrier for the goods at the address designated by you. The price of shipping and handling is a total of CZK 130.00 without VAT (19%).
 
PAYMENT VIA A BANK TRANSFER (via an invoice)

The goods you order shall be concurrently delivered with an invoice, which you shall pay via a bank transfer. This form of payment is intended for B2B customers.

PAYMENT VIA AN ADVANCE PAYMENT INVOICE

The goods you order shall be delivered after you pay an advance payment invoice. This form of payment is intended for B2B customers.

USER SETTINGS

After logging in, the User Account box shall appear on the right side of the screen. Here you have the option of changing your settings in the My Account link:

- Change password - enables you to change your login password
- Invoice data - enables you to change your invoice address
- Shipping data - enables you to check shipping data
- Consignees - enables you to check and change shipping data
- List of orders - displays the list and status of your orders
- Invoices - displays the list of your invoices
- Watchdogs - enables you to edit the settings of the Watchdog function
- Favourite entries - enables you to edit the favourite entries of goods

SHOPPING

If you have everything you want in your basket, then click on the ORDER icon. You now shall have the options of selecting payment and shipping methods, rechecking the contents of your basket, and returning to the shop.
If you shall be personally picking up your goods at our Central Warehouse, your goods shall be reserved for a maximum of 5 workdays. As soon as the goods are ready to be picked up, you shall be informed via email.

LOGGING OUT

This option should always be your last step when visiting our e-shop.
The manner of payment, delivery of goods, and complaints are governed by the General Trade Terms and Conditions and the Complaint
